This notice describes the BLE customer-access system being tested on 17 October 2026.
Sign-in and purchased access
Google sign-in identifies your BLE account using your verified email and Google account identifier. BLE checks purchase and refund records to determine which products belong in your library. Signing in does not purchase a product or connect Google Drive.
Cloudflare hosts necessary account, session, purchase and security records. Purchase information comes from Payhip: order identifier, buyer email, purchased products, amount/currency and refund state. The receiver discards unrelated payment-event fields rather than retaining the full payload. Secure BLE session cookies expire after seven days; expired sessions are cleaned up by the application.
Your planner and images
Your wording, images, editable project and exports are processed on your device. The editor does not send that content to BLE application storage. Device backups and exported files remain under your control.
Optional Google Drive
If you choose Drive saving, your project, including images you choose to include, is sent directly from your browser to your own Drive. Access is limited to app-created files and files explicitly selected for the app. Unrelated Drive files remain outside this access. A small account preference remembers that you chose Drive; it is not a Drive token or project copy.
Access tokens remain in the current page's memory. Google may require consent or reconnection. Disconnecting Drive does not remove purchased access or delete your files. You can revoke the Google permission through your Google account. Without Drive, editing, local image selection, device backups and exports remain available.
App-held images expire after 30 days and are removed when the editor next checks them. This does not delete your originals, downloads, exports, Drive files or version history.
Purpose and control
Google account and Drive information is used for the sign-in and saving features you request, not advertising or AI training. BLE's use of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Purchase records are retained to support purchased access and necessary business records. For account or data questions, contact BLE using the seller contact details on your purchase receipt. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or verification codes.
